Default Anybody compete in the TDAA?

Anyone compete in the TDAA trials? Toy dog agility association? Contemplating taking my JRT but don't know if I should just do AKC considering I like to be super competitive. On the same note though, would it e a good intro for him?

I would have liked to do TDAA with Kiska as she is very small, just around 7 lbs. but we do not have it in any area close to me. She competed in AAC and it was no problem as she only had to jump 6 inches but the teeter did take a while to go down.

Your JRT should have no problem competing in AKC.

Yeah I kind of thought he would be too but I kind of wanted to start with something more low key because I know AKC is alot more competitive compared to that of TDAA. Simon probably won't be really ready to compete anyways until September. I might put him in a TDAA trial in August just to see what happens and go from there. Maybe even some scheduled run thrus somewhere...

Should be fun and a good way to burn off a JRTs' energy too. You don't have to be all that serious about it though just have fun with your dog
