Default Remmy and Kiska Agility

Well, I am home from our weekend trial. Remmy almost got a Q in the one Snooker class but his other classes were what could have been considered a disaster if he hadn't been having so much fun. He has been so focused the last few trials, but for some reason this weekend, he was just "wild", paid no attention to me and just roared around making his own courses. He really entertained the audience as he was so enjoying himself. He will have the winter off now as there is no place to practice in the winter now that our only arena has been closed down.

Kiska, on the other hand, has improved so much. In her first Jumper Class she backed out of the tunnel, then went through but did all the rest and on Sunday she was going so fast she ran past one of the jumps and ran a big loop so only had one fault but had lost too much time before I got her back. She finished the last two jumps and Chute flat out and was just so happy about it all. I can't believe how much doing the Agility has improved her confidence.

It is always great to watch the dogs enoy themselves and run amok. I'm glad they had so much fun.

We were at a trial this weekend too. Aslan Qed and 1st in two Elite Weavers runs, Open Tunnelers and Open Touch n Go. Asher Qed and 1st in Novice Weavers and a Novice Regular run. It was NADAC, which I do about once every two or so years. We had a good time.

I'm glad you had fun too!

I have thought about maybe trying some NADAC trials next year. Sound like they have some different classes than the AAC and what I was intriqued by was that they give us "old timers" extra time (Us, not the dogs)

Yes. And the courses are really, really easy, with the exception of chances.
