Default Biking in the snow

Went out yesterday and did 10 miles in heavy frost and light snow on mountain bike. They love the cold weather.

That looks like fun! and I am impressed that you can ride the bike, direct the dogs, and take a video all at the same time.

Yesterday on my walk, in MUCH warmer weather, a fellow was out with his 3 dogs. They were running so much he was having to peddle to keep up with them. They went by so fast I didn't get a close look at the dogs except for there grins!

Nice! They must love it! I've seen a couple of people out on cross country skis who are attached to a dog in a harness but I've never dared try it myself.
That looks like fun!

For me its just the easiest way to give them the exercise they need. I can't run for 10 miles at 9-10 miles an hour, and they love it so much I would feel bad not letting them do it. If you attach them to the bike you don't need to pedal too much. Plus every trip out turns into a bit of an adventure. Going to do about 20 miles tomorrow so they should be tired and good boys tomorrow evening.

Respect Man You signature says it all. It's so true!! It makes my feeble attempts to take Nipper out look terrible in comparison to you. Well done, you will always have tired and good dogs and that can't be a bad thing! ATB

Cool, that's pretty awsome.

I'd always heard "a tired dog is a happy dog" but I like your version better.
