Make sure there is no swelling anywhere, especially his tongue or throat which could restrict his airways! If it was just one single sting and it wasn't in a place that could cause complications, as long as he is not allergic he will be okay.

I would phone the vet tell them what happened and see if they suggest an antihistamine injection or even tablet. He s after all just a puppy. Best be safe than sorry.

My dog was attacked by a swarm of wasps many years ago just before he was one. He disturbed their nest which was in the ground. He was stung many, many times, at lest 30. It was a very scary experience for him and for me. Thankfully he was okay after a very quick trip to the vets and an injection.
