Collies and Chihuahua... The older Collie holds up to his breed. Young Collie, not so. He thinks he's a hunting dog. He loves water, has his own baby pool, and likes to hunt small animals. Now my Chi..... he hates to be picked up. Do not even try to put a piece of clothing on him, that is just not happening. He is not a yappy or nippy little dog. He loves the snow and has no issues going outside to do his business in any climate. He can out run the Collies any day. It's all about how you train your dogs that matters. The older collie is very social, the younger one, not so much. All three have that cling factor going on. They all love me. I can not move without all three following me everywhere. If I go outside alone, all three go insane. They must be with me every step of the way.
