no they arent if you socialize that is the key, if you leave any dog unsocialised to become fearful it will go dangerous a big dog like this will go extrem. I have one in my home that I cant adopt out cause of previous owners, he has now bit me three times in redirected fear aggression.
Trust me this dog can become dangerous if the owner mess up...
