He's definitely a gorgeous dog. We have a wolf/husky mix, Tikaani is half timberwolf/half husky. I will say that they *are* trainable...but it takes a LOT more patience than a normal dog. It's not that they're not bright, actually, huskies are one of the brightest dogs you can own, but they are VERY independant and strong willed so he will test your patience as often as possible. Since your dog is, at most (according to the breeding you listed above), only a quarter wolf, I really don't believe you have anything to worry about in that area, he's considered "low-content" wolf. It's the husky that's going to give you the headache

My biggest concern at this point though would be socialization. I'm wondering why they adopted out the litter before 8 weeks. Before 7 weeks is awfully young to be taken from a litter, mostly because of the socialization factor. So, I would do your best to have him spending a lot of time around other dogs once he's fully vaccinated. If you're going to have him around other dogs that you're not familiar with before he's vaccinated be VERY careful.
