But I'm not sure about basenji...I've never seen one myself and don't know anyone who owns one, but I do believe it could be possible. I knew his owner before they moved off an left him. I know that his mom (I believe) was a beagle or beagle mix but his dad is a mutt a pit bull mix they say (then again they also said he had wolf in him). I'll try to get a picture of him.
